Retrieving data from your FAST account
Most of your data is accessible directly from your FAST account. This includes information about connections in your account, Premium services, and personal information, such as your address and billing information.
Retrieving data that isn't accessible via your account
Alternatively, you can choose to download an archive of your data. This archive includes your information that you're unable to find in your FAST account, including technical data and personal information that is collected by FAST.
